Every customer is important to us. Whether you need 5 gr or 5kg, whether you want to spend $10.- or $100.-. So the good news is; we don’t deal with minimum orders, hurray!

During the ordering process you can choose the payment option which suits you best.

We accept almost all common online payment options. Such as payment to our bank accounts, several electronic payment methods, Bank Transfers, Cash by registered mail, Checks (US), Sofort (DE), Giropay ( DE), iDEAL (NL), Mistercash (BE), Postpay (IT) and cash when you pick up an order.

Our website is SSL secured to guarantee your online safety. Your personal details will only be used for shipping your order and an occasional discount offer.

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. We assume each completed order to be in compliance with this term.

We ship from Haarlem, the Netherlands three times a week. We offer FREE shipping WORLDWIDE on all orders. These orders are shipped with regular post.

EUROPE – Registered shipping
We use DPD within Europe (except for Greece, Norway and Switzerland). DPD ships fast, very reliable and over the road with trucks.

REST OF THE WORLD – Registered shipping
For countries outside of the EU we use PostNL for registered shipping. We advise you to keep the weight below 2kg to have it travel quickly.

The majority arrives within 10 days, but due to normal customs procedures and postal service schedules they can take up to 4 weeks outside Europe.We also offer REGISTERED shipping. These shippings are trackable and tend to be delivered faster than our free shipping.

Of course it is possible to pick up an order. This can only be done by appointment. We don’t have a shop though, so you will have to make your order online.

Most likely we do. However not all products to every country due to legislation of some of those countries. Check the product to see if we ship your favourite one to your country.
We have many happy customers in the US, Canada, Australia and throughout Europe and Asia.

You can expect to receive a used box when your order is shipped out, as we have deals with local shops to re-use their boxes. Our products are professionally packed in re-usable tins and plastic bags. We hope you re-use these materials. We try to minimise waste as much as possible.

Plastics and paper are picked up for recycling and all the plant material goes in our garden. As we are aware that shipping these sacred plants across the globe costs energy we try to keep the weight of the parcels as low as we can.

And of course we plant more sacred plants than we harvest.

We offer a 14 day money return policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment the buyer has to contact us within 14 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item needs to be returned in its original and unopened condition in order to receive a refund. Some products may dry out or go bad over extended periods of time and whilst in transit, diminishing their value. In such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot fully refund these returned orders. All refunds will be paid within 14 days. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide you want to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, do NOT ship it back until we have communicated instructions as to if and how you may do so. In principal, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise.
